- Small Group Session: $65 per person (single session)
- 3-Session Package: $200 total for three 1-hour sessions (1:1 only; group pricing may vary)

Clients may purchase a single session or a three-session package. Pricing varies based on group size and training location.
A brief phone consultation will take place at least 24 hours prior to your session to discuss your goals and ensure a personalized experience.
